Women’s March
In partnership with Refinery29 and Women’s March
In 2016, I created piece for the Women’s March on Washington after President Trump’s election. This piece illustrates the strength and compassion of American women, and all women. It represents their hope for a brighter future, despite the many inequalities and injustices stacked against them. It was shared by social media users around the world including Hillary Clinton and Alicia Keys.
The following year, 2018, I created a second piece to commemorate the anniversary of the Women’s March.
In 2020, I created another updated version to promote mask wearing at the beginning of the covid pandemic.
